Manufacture is carried out using high density polyethylene injection , employing the very latest machinery and moulds, together with recyclable materials that do not harm the environment using solid colours and stabilised against the combined effects of water and UV rays. The properties of the materials used in the manufacturing process maintain the dimensions inalterable, and provide the product with excellent strength and lightness , together with such significant advantages as: maximum load strength with reduced weight, easy to operate and to clean and drainage incorporated into the body. They are manufactured with the DIN, or AFNOR collection systems.
These containers have be designed to eliminate the problems deriving from the incorporation of the safety system into the cover of the 1100 curved-lid container, a system that prevents trapping, sudden closing and undesirable impacts. They provide very simple lid operation, which simplifies its design and eliminates accessories and mechanisms , which leads to reductions in both container costs and maintenance without any loss of capacity.
The models can be supplied with customised identification: hot-foil stamping, silk-screen or stickers and is available in a wide range of colours .
